- All payments should be made out to Evronas Organizasyon Danışmanlık ve İş Geliştirme A.Ş. bank account.
- Please state the name of the participant and UBK2025 on the details of te transaction.
- You can send your bank transfer payments in both Turkish Liras or Euros.

Cancellation Policy:
- All registration cancellations will be valid if made in writing to the congress secretariat (
ubk2025@evronas.com) and confirmed by the congress secretariat in writing.
- There will be a 50% refund for cancellations made until
September 15th, 2025
- There will be no refund for cancellations made after
September 15th, 2025.
- All refunds will be executed after the congress.
